My approach is to provide you with lots of support and hands-on help, get to know you and any issues you've got so I can adapt exercises for you. 
So that you achieve your results more effectively and easily. I believe in trusting and listening to your body.  

It's not all push, push, push!  

You can be gentle with your body, work hard in a fun way and achieve great results.
