This is for you if you just want to check if you are on the right lines and feel like you just need to make a few changes

  • You aren't 100% sure if your diet is as healthy as it should be. 
This is a one hour consultation involving:

  • food diary analysis over a 3-7 day period 
  • Advice on changes required to improve your nutrition and your health. 
As a result you will be more aware about the food you eat and know more about healthy vs non-healthy choices.  

        The Essential Get Healthy Programme

This is for you if you want to understand a bit more about nutrition and need to make several changes, so need more than one consultation. 

  • You might need to lose several pounds or just feel like you aren't eating as well as you could.  
  • You could be a bit confused about all the conflicting information out there and want to know the truth about food.

This is a 4 week programme, involving a one hour consultation each week.  It involves:

  • An initial food diary analysis to establish where changes need to be made
  • Making one change a week for 4 weeks to swap bad habits for good ones. 
  • A (non-invasive) hand scan to measure your antioxidant levels, to give you an indication of how healthy and protected against future disease you currently are.  

As it takes 21 days to form a new habit, after 4 weeks your new habits will have started to become just part of your lifestyle…. 

             The Ultimate Get Healthy Programme

This is for you if you would like a more thorough understanding of nutrition and want to change your current lifestyle to a more healthy one. 

  • You might have weight to lose or you might be feeling tired a lot of the time or you might have lost the energy you once had. 
  • You need the support of someone guiding you and holding you accountable as you just find you can't do it by yourself.  

This is an 8 week programme covering all the elements you need to know about nutrition to adopt a healthy lifestyle for as long as you choose. 

This includes:

  • Weekly food diary analysis,
  • Making one change a week to your current food/drink intake
