Terms and Conditions
Bookings for classes and private lessons are non-refundable. Blocks of classes and private lessons are valid for the length specified when booking. Classes can be booked up to 30 minutes in advance of the class starting by using the online booking service (MindBody Online).
Nutripilates operates a strict cancellation policy. We require 24 hours’ notice should you wish to cancel your class or private session. You will not be charged if you inform us within the specified notice period and can rebook your class prior to the expiration date for your block of classes Any cancellation with less than 24 hours notice or non-attendance at a booked session incurs a late cancellation charge, which is the sum of a full session. You can cancel using the online booking system or by contacting Sarah directly.
Payment can be made online by card. It is also possible to pay via Bank transfer, cheque or cash directly to Sarah.
Classes and Liability:
Whilst Sarah Cox endeavors to teach all scheduled classes, this cannot be guaranteed in the event of illness or unforeseen circumstances. Sarah will aim to provide a suitable, fully qualified replacement teacher to minimise any inconvenience caused and to avoid the cancellation of the class, wherever possible.
Nutripilates is in no way responsible for the safekeeping of personal belongings. Clients participate in classes with the full knowledge that there is risk of personal injury, property loss or death. Nutripilates is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage/loss, or wrongful death, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
General Use Of This Site:
You agree to use this site in accordance with these policies, only for lawful purposes and in a way which does not infringe the rights of anyone or restrict or inhibit anyone’s use and enjoyment of the site. If you don’t comply with these terms, Nutripilates may deny you access to our site.
If you wish to make a booking, you will be directed to Nutripilates dedicated page on the MindBody Online class booking scheduler. All bookings will be subject to your agreement to the terms and conditions and policies on this page.
Nutripilates has the right to revise and amend these terms and conditions from time to time. You will be subject to the policies and terms in force at the time that you book a class, unless any change to those policies or these Terms is required by law or government or regulatory authority, in which case it will apply to orders you have previously placed that we have not yet fulfilled.
You may use content from Nutripilates' website for your private and non-commercial use. Nutripilates does not guarantee or warrant that any material available for downloading or printing is free from infection, viruses, trojans and/or other contaminating codes.
You agree not to reproduce, distribute, modify or re-post any content on another site, frame or mirror our site or link to our site without our prior written consent.
Nutripilates is committed to ensuring that your privacy is protected. Should we ask you to provide certain information by which you can be identified when using this website, then you can be assured that it will only be used in accordance with this privacy statement.
